This beautiful Parkside bungalow has a back porch which looks out over Brown’s Inlet at the Dover Bay Resort. This newly built unit has 2 bedrooms on the first floor-each with a queen bed. The open living area has a large sectional couch, gas firplace and smart TV, high ceilings open to a beautiful kitchen with full size refrigerator /freezer, dish washer and oven. The waterfall counter offer additional seating for eating or visiting. The first floor has the main bathroom with tub/shower combo and also the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. The second floor has bunk bed, both the top and bottom bunk are queen size beds! There is additional seating, a second TV and the second bathroom with stand up shower on the upstairs level as well. The 2 car garage is available for guest use. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8, no pets allowed.

Guests will also receive a complimentary membership to Dover Bay Lake Club Fitness Center with year-round outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. While vacationing at Dover Bay Resort, you’ll have access to our tennis court, sand volleyball court and horseshoe pit during the summer months. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available for rent in the summer and Snow-shoes during the winter.
