Perfectly located in a serene park side setting of the luxury resort community of Dover Bay, this brand new spacious home makes for the ideal family vacation escape.  The main level features two bedrooms with queen beds in each, a full bath, a large fully equipped kitchen with open concept dining, generous living room, n gas fireplace. The large upstairs features a king bed in the third bedroom, second full bath. Outside you’ll find a large covered deck equipped with a BBQ and rustic log furniture overlooking beautiful Brown’s Inlet as well as a view of the river in the distance! 
Goose on the Roof comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.  Sorry, guests do not have access to the garage. Pets allowed.

Guests will also receive a complimentary membership to Dover Bay Lake Club Fitness Center with year-round outdoor swimming pool and spa. While vacationing at Dover Bay Resort, you’ll have access to our tennis court, sand volleyball court and horseshoe pit during the summer months. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available for rent in the summer and Snow-shoes during the winter.  Think about kayaking or ice skating on protected back bay estuaries.

Dover Bay is located just minutes west of Sandpoint. This unique area provides year-round recreation n natural aesthetic beauty that is unmatched.  Guests are able to experience the thriving arts community with numerous galleries n live performances, The Festival at Sandpoint which draws nationally recognized musical talent, the annual Wooden Boat Show, the lively n vibrant Farmer’s Market, as well as Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort that make the community hum with activity all year long.
